Reverdia and Protea Chemicals,
a division of Omnia, are today announcing
an exclusive strategic collaboration agreement
to distribute Biosuccinium™ Bio-Succinic acid
in Africa and Australia,
as well as for potential investment in and off-take
from future Biosuccinium™ Bio-Succinic acid plants.
The two companies will work closely together
to develop the African and Australian markets
for bio-succinic acid.
