DETAILS
PTTGC has signed Joint Venture Agreement in
GC Polyols Co., Ltd
by holding 82.1% with
Sanyo Chemical Industries, Ltd holding 14.9% and
Toyota Tsusho Corporation holding 3%.
Moreover, GC Polyols Co., Ltd has signed
* Credit Facilities Agreement
with financial institutions
to construct and operate
* polyols plant with capacity of 130,000 tons per year and
* PU System of 20,000 tons per year.
The project will be located in
Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate
in Rayong province and is expected
for commercial operation by year 2020.
